张书雁于2013年带领团队成立了“自然造物”及旗下公益组织“自然公社”，以自然•人文•手艺三大核心元素，致力于中国民间手艺的田野调查，拍摄整理了大量影像、实物及文字资料。活化中国在地民艺非遗项目几十项，聚合社会的力量精准匹配对接市场，带动乡村的产业，精准扶贫，创新转化让传统回归当下生活。

 

In 2013, Zhang Shuyan led his team to set up " Made In Natural" and its public welfare organization " Natural Commune".
