熊锐是中国最早一批购物中心的职业经理人，自2008年开始从事文化产业园区的开发运营管理，具有丰富的文化与商业跨界融合发展运营管理经验，创新发展了工业遗产保护与利用、旅游小镇与文化融合发展的理论及实践。

2011年开始担任东郊记忆运营管理公司的首任执行董事、总经理，成功打造了中国文化产业园区标杆项目——“东区音乐公园”（现“东郊记忆”）。2015年创办东方文商公司，已成为国内集剧场运营管理、场团合一的的专业儿童剧团、文化产业园区解决方案服务商于一身的知名文化企业。2021年7月创始合伙任东方正火公司董事、CEO，再次对东郊记忆整体运营管理，创造性地发展了独具特色的演艺会展聚落、提升了园区形象和风貌、优化了文商旅体融合的产业生态。获得2023年“成都市产业建圈强链人才计划”文创业（含数字文创）产业领军人才称号、2023年度成都旅游景区风云榜——“最美领头雁”称号。

 

Xiong Rui is one of the earliest professional managers of shopping mall in China. Since 2008, he has been engaged in the development, operation, and management of cultural industry parks, with rich experience in cross-border integration of CCIP. He has innovatively developed theories and practices for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage, as well as the integration of tourism towns and culture.

Since 2011, he has served as the first executive director and general manager of Dongjiao Memory Operation and Management Company, successfully creating the benchmark project of China's CCIP - "East District Music Park" (now "Eastern Suburb Memory"). Founded in 2015, Dongfang Wenshang Company has become a well-known cultural enterprise in China, specializing in theater operation and management, integrating theater and theater groups, and providing solutions for CCIP. In July 2021, he became a founding partner and served as a director and CEO of Dongfang Zhenghuo Company. He once again took charge of the overall operation and management of Eastern Suburb Memory, creatively developed a unique performing arts and exhibition cluster, enhanced the image and style of the park, and optimized the industrial ecology of cultural, commercial, and sports integration. Received the title of "Leading Talent in Cultural and Entrepreneurial (including Digital Cultural and Creative) Industry" under the "Chengdu Industrial Circle Strong Chain Talent Plan" in 2023, and the title of "Most Beautiful Leading Goose" on the Chengdu Tourism Scenic Area Wind and Cloud List in 2023.
