现任景德镇陶邑文化发展有限公司总经理。作为陶溪川文创街区运营管理者，她参与了陶溪川裂变式的发展，带领团队将陶瓷工业遗产打造成国家级文化产业示范园区，荣获国家级、省级荣誉100余项，擦亮了文旅招牌，使陶溪川成为全国文旅产业发展的新样本和标杆。

 

She currently serves as the General Manager of Jingdezhen Taoyi Cultural Development Co., Ltd. As the operator and manager of Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District, she has been instrumental in the rapid development of Taoxichuan. She led the team to transform the ceramic industry heritage into a national cultural industry demonstration park, securing over 100 national and provincial honors in the process. Her efforts have burnished the cultural and tourism brand, establishing Taoxichuan as a new benchmark and model for the development of the national cultural and tourism industry.
