田海成从业20年经验中,也为数十个文旅地产品牌和城市级大盘提供战略策划、品牌策划与营销运营操盘服务。其操盘理念重视文旅地产文化的引领性与价值观的唯一性,并力图通过社区营造找回都市人“从家到家乡的那条路“,用”社区改变社会“。

 

In 2013, he joined the core planning team of Aranya, contributing to the establishment of a series of community building and value marketing concepts. He played a pivotal role in facilitating the successful transformation of Aranya projects, turning them into a phenomenal case in China's cultural and tourism real estate industry. This transformation elevated the brand from a real estate one to a lifestyle and cultural one. Currently, efforts are underway to expand the Aranya brand nationwide.

Over his 20 years of professional experience, Tian Haicheng has provided strategic, brand, and marketing operation services to dozens of cultural and tourism real estate brands, as well as city-level large-scale developments. His management philosophy underscores the leadership role of cultural tourism real estate culture and the uniqueness of values. He strives to help urbanites find the "road from home to hometown" through community building, aiming to "transform society through community".
